This is where the design and development of new vehicles and components takes place. The research and development center is equipped with advanced technology and testing facilities to support the design and development process.
The first step in the fabrication process of a three-wheeler is to create a design. The design includes the dimensions, shape, and material specifications. We useAutomobile standards computer-aided design (CAD) software like Dassault Systems Solidworks, Draftsights and Visualisers. We use software simulations to check the quality and reliability of designs. Protypes are designed and testings are conducted on road to validate the design. Lastly, All dies, moulds and jigs-fixtures are designed and made to obtain 100% accuracy and precision in every model of our E-Rickshaws.
This is the main facility where the vehicles are assembled. The plant includes several areas such as Fabrication shop, Paint shop, and final Assembly. The body shop is where the vehicle frame is welded and assembled, while the paint shop is where the body is painted and the final assembly area is where the various components are put together to create a finished vehicle.
Once the design is finalized, the fabrication process begins with welding. The frame of the three-wheeler is made using best in class metal tubing of automobile grades, and the various components are welded to the frame. The welding process requires precision and skill to ensure that the joints are strong and secure
Once the three-wheeler is Fabricated, it is painted. The painting process involves cleaning and preparing the surface, We use best in class Processesfor applying primer paint and clear coats. The paint not only enhances the appearance of the E-Rickshaw but also protects it from rust and corrosion. We achieve SST of 500 plus hours along with 300 plus hours of UV Testings which are best in industry standards.
We use Line- Assembly to assemble all top sourced components in our ERickshaw which brings best efficiencies. We follow 5S and Kaizen systems to Assemble our products.
This is where the quality control process takes place. Vehicles are tested and inspected to ensure that they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
After the painting process is complete, the three-wheeler is tested to ensure that it is functioning correctly. This involves checking the brakes, suspension, steering, and Motor performance. Any issues are identified and addressed before the E-Rickshaw is ready for Dispatch
This is where the administrative and management functions of the factory are carried out. These offices include departments such as finance, human resources, and marketing
